No Cancellations

Once a course, program, or training service is purchased, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

No Refunds

All payments made to SoftMania are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial use, non-attendance, or withdrawal from a course or training program.

Transferability

Enrollments are non-transferable. Purchased courses or training sessions cannot be transferred or deferred.

Exceptions

In rare situations where SoftMania is unable to deliver a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer unavailability or technical issues from our side), we will provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or course credit. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
